Hi, I’m Teresa Castorina-Millo, PTA — owner of Coastal Home Mobility Solutions.

For more than 16 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping patients and families through some of life’s most challenging transitions while working in acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and home health.

​

Throughout my career, one thing became very clear to me: returning home should feel safe, comfortable, and empowering — not stressful or limiting.

​

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, Certified Fall Prevention Specialist, and Certified Aging in Place Specialist, I’m passionate about helping individuals remain as independent and confident as possible within the place they love most — their home.

I created Coastal Home Mobility Solutions to provide compassionate guidance, personalized home safety assessments, practical recommendations, caregiver education, and ongoing support for seniors and families navigating mobility or safety concerns.

​

In addition to home mobility and safety services, more extensive rehabilitation and therapy-based services may also be available through collaboration with a licensed Physical Therapist when appropriate. This allows families access to additional expertise and advanced therapeutic recommendations tailored to mobility, strength, balance, fall prevention, and functional independence needs.

Whether someone is recovering after hospitalization, planning to age safely at home, or simply looking for peace of mind, my goal is to provide trusted support every step of the way.
